Scope
WPGuardix provides specialist WordPress malware cleanup and remediation services. Scope is confirmed after diagnosis and documented in writing before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing working access credentials and, where possible, ensuring a backup exists before destructive remediation work starts.
Payments and Refunds
Diagnostic work is billable once diagnosis and scope confirmation begin. Partial refunds are discretionary only before cleanup work starts. No refund is issued once cleanup work has commenced.
Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the engagement fee paid. WPGuardix cannot guarantee that new vulnerabilities will not emerge after the engagement ends.
Response Times
WPGuardix responds within the stated SLA during active hours only. Outside those hours, the next available response window applies.
